Birchwood Cafe in their Taste 50, this time dubbing one of
the ingredients in our famous granola — Smude's
Sunflower Oil — as "liquid gold" and we agree: it's local,
non-GMO, and pesticide-free!

Call to Moms
As moms, we do the best to make the right choices to insure the health
and well-being of our children. However, the increase of antibiotic
resistant bacteria in our society has grown into a greater threat than
any of us moms can stave off on our own. Together though, we can take
action to protect our families. Please join the MOMs for antibiotic
awareness campaign. United in our concern for antibiotic abuse, we can
demand of our grocery stores, our restaurants, our schools and our
government that they only source beef, chicken and poultry that was
sustainably raised without antibiotics. Together we can make a
difference.
