At the Birchwood, we celebrate 8 seasons: Spring, Summer, Scorch, Autumn, Dusk, Frost, Winter, and Thaw. We don't take our cues from the calendar, rather we look to our farmer friends, and in the colder months their root cellars, to guide and inspire our creativity in the kitchen.

Our menu's in full bloom with the ingredients we’ve waited all winter to taste again: delicate greens, bright green asparagus, fiddlehead ferns, rhubarb, ramps, sweet peas, spring onions, peppery radishes, and fresh herbs picked right from our backyard garden.
