Before we fully embrace Winter, there's an in-between season we like to call, "Dusk." Nights fall earlier and temps get chillier (a LOT chillier!) and our kitchen fills with the intoxicating aromas of maple roasted squash, cider-braised pork belly, candied walnuts, spicy pumpkin seeds, and cranberry pear chutney (just to tease your senses with a few).
